Construction Management for Multi-Unit Medical Office Complex Construction management services for a medical office complex with a minimum of six single storey buldings located adjacent to the Casa Grande Regional Medical Center. This is a condominium development with the possibility of additional or larger units in the future. The services include contract administration including processing pay requests and the negotiation of payments for extra work, weekly coordination meetings, approving schedules, monitoring progress, quality control inspections, cost control and complete site documentation. Also included are the arrangements with the utility companies for provision of services. |
