Project management services for the erection of a clam-shell bucket dredge, floating conveyors and land conveyors including a tunnel reclaim system to feed an existing crushing and screening aggregate plant. Construction and installation of the equipment was accomplished in under 4 months and within budget. Specific services included supervising and coordinating the erection and installation contractors, scheduling, cost control and site documention. The site is located in the Feather River Valley in Northern California where the former gold workings are being re-worked for construction aggregates.
