CPM scheduling that is structured to actually help run the project. Our experience in construction and familiarity with construction processes enables us to produce practical and understandable schedules efficiently. We have experience in commercial, public works and residential building, heavy highway and industrial construction. All of which provides us with insight into the schedules most adequate for each type of project.

Our specialty is scheduling projects in far away locations. We can prepare a baseline schedule working off electronic drawings (.dwg or .pdf).sent by email (or from hard copy plans sent by overnight courier) Our graphics output product can be sent in .pdf (or .jpg) format for printing on site or at a local blueprint center, either letter size or larger up to 36" x 24". Regular updating can be handled electronically in the same manner.

We use Primavera, Suretrak or MS Project software, and are practiced in the conversion of Primavera schedules to and from MS Project.

Baseline CPM schedules can be developed almost entirely from the plans and specifications. We can confine our questions to just those topics where there are options in selecting the sequence of the work. Alternatively we can we can work together with you step by step. We do it both ways.

We ensure that our schedules are true CPM schedules and comprise of complete networks that don't lack successors. This way, if the need arises to justify delays, we can do it, without having to rebuild the baseline.schedule and thereby loose credibility.

We do cost and resource loading and leveling.

Developing forensic "as-built" schedules from the job records, when no updated schedules were made during the project. We use a database program to effciently detemine the historical actual dates. .

CPM schedules can be prepared in either english or spanish.
