Construction Management: New Cement Silos Project . Provided construction management services for the start-up and initial period of a fast track plant expansion project. These services were required over a several month period while the permanent construction management team completed another project on a different site. The project consisted of sheet piling, excavation, dewatering, a large concrete mat foundation, four slip formed silos with inverted shotcrete cones, mechanical loading and discharge equipment and electrical switchgear, power distribution, lighting  and controls.
