Assistance with bid evaluation and general contractor selection for approx. $65 million civil construction, mechanical erection and electrical installation negotiated contract. Co-ordination of quality assurance in-plant inspection work.  This work included intense expediting effort in fabricating shops in both Mexico (platework) and Brazil (electric motors). For the most part, local experienced inspectors were ultilized, who reported daily via email.
