Construction Management for Regional Solid Waste System This was a county-wide solid waste collection and disposal system, consisting of five transfer stations, located in Benson, Bisbee, Douglas, Sierra Vista and Willcox. The project included the purchase of six special trailers and contracting the haulage to a central landfill in Elfreda. This landfill was constructed to EPA and ADEQ standards. The services included organizing the pre-construction conference, contract administration including processing pay requests and the negotiation of payments for extra work, weekly coordination meetings, approving schedules, monitoring progress, quality control inspections, cost control and complete site documentation. The project required monthly reporting to the intergovernmental committee responsible for the project.
